We aim to cultivate leaders within the community who actively address the city’s challenges while promoting unity and empowerment among the next generation for a brighter future.

LEARNING CENTER
Royalty Empowerment, is proud to offer comprehensive and free after-school program. This specific program is designed to support the academic, social-emotional, and creative development of children aged 10-18 that reside currently or previously from low-socio economic families. This vital program addresses the critical need for accessible, high-quality out-of-school-time education in our community. Our experienced and dedicated staff provide homework assistance, STEM education, arts & crafts, physical activity, and character development workshops in an inclusive environment. We also offer nutritious snacks and recreational games that promote teamwork, self-confidence, and community involvement. By providing this essential program at no cost to families; we aim to commission more leadership qualities for the next generation, give a better percentage with the achievement gap, and support working families. Join us in transforming after-school hours into a time for growth, exploration, and fun.
FIRST RESPONDERS TOUR
Through basketball diplomacy
our non-profit organization, is proud to announce its inaugural First Responders Tour. A dynamic initiative that leverages the universal language of sports to foster meaningful connections within the communities of first responders, community leaders, and government officials. This innovative program combines high-energy basketball clinics; led by renowned coaches with industry development, and community building. By bridging the gap between these pivotal community segments, we aim to cultivate a culture of: trust, empathy, and cooperation overall. This ultimately drive positive change and social impact. Through this groundbreaking tour, our organization will be traveling to 20+ cities nationwide throughout the year and engaging with over 5,000 participants. Our tour will feature a series of exciting exhibition games, a multitude of giveaways, and skills competitions, showcasing the talents of local heroes and civic leaders. This ideal presence will conquer forging lasting relationships that extend far beyond the white lines. Outside of the court, our tour promotes cross-sector collaboration, and supports local community development projects. By leveraging the unifying power of sports, Royalty Empowerment aims to build stronger, more resilient communities and celebrate the selfless contributions of our nation's heroes.
NEIGHBORHOOD CHRISTMAS EVENT
Each year, our nonprofit organization proudly hosts a Christmas Giveaway Event, providing essential items and festive cheer to individuals and families in need. The CEO recognized we need to unite the community not hinder during the holiday season. This joyous occasion brings together community leaders, dedicated volunteers, first responders, and local businesses in a parade fashion that travels around the city. Our company initiates to make a tangible difference in the lives of the less fortunate. Our organization distributes carefully curated packages containing warm clothing, non-perishable food items, toiletries, and thoughtful gifts for children. Additionally, we offer a grand trade of entertainment, and an opportunity for attendees to connect with local resources and services while still being safe and sound. Through this annual initiative, we aim to foster a sense of community, dignity, and hope among those we serve, reminding them that they are seen, valued, and deserving of compassion and support during the holiday season and beyond.

CEO KMan is a mentor, leader, and public servant dedicated to empowering young men. As the Founder and CEO of Royalty Empowerment he provides guidance, accountability, and real-world wisdom to help them navigate life’s challenges. Born and raised in Detroit, KMan’s deep connection to his community shapes his hands-on approach to mentorship. Known as “The Hood Role Model,” he meets young men where they are, offering support and inspiration through lived experience. Beyond Royalty Empowerment, KMan serves as a fireman, business owner, and Grounded by his love for family and community, he remains committed to his mission: to inspire, lead, and create lasting change—one young man at a time.
